MISD Progress Reports & Report Cards for 5th to 12th Grade Students

Muenster ISD will be sending out progress reports and report cards for 5th to 12th grade students through the parent portal for the 2023-2024 school year. 

Muenster ISD would like you to set up a parent portal account on your student(s) if you haven’t already done so.  We have attached instructions on how to set it up, and if you need assistance please contact Ms.Terri Barrett, Elementary Secretary, or Mrs.Tonia Hofbauer, JH/HS School Secretary.  You may contact Ms.Terri Barrett or Mrs.Tonia Hofbauer to receive the portal ID that you will need to set up the account.  If you don’t have access to a computer or the internet, please contact the elementary or high school office so we can make sure that you continue to receive the progress reports and report cards on paper.

Instructions to Access the Parent Portal

 

The Parent Portal link can be found on the Muenster ISD website or go directly to: https://ascender-prtl01.esc11.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=049902 

When you enrolled your student you created a parent portal account.  To link your child to your account follow the steps: 

Link the Student to Your ParentPortal Account.  Once you have your child’s ParentPortal ID you can add them to your ParentPortal account. 

  1. Log on to Ascender ParentPortal. The My Account tab is displayed. 

  2. Click Link an Enrolled Student. 

  3. On the Link an Enrolled Student screen, type the ParentPortal ID and Birth Date. They must match the student’s record at the campus. If the Portal ID is sent by email, you may copy and paste the information. 

  4. Click Add. 

  5. Click Save. 

  6. The student’s name will now be displayed in the students' list on the navigation (menu) screen. Once you have connected your child to your parent portal account, you may update the student’s registration data as needed. You may also see his schedule, attendance, grades, and other data if allowed.
