Vaccination Clinic at MISD for current 6th/11th/12th Students
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Muenster ISD will be holding a vaccination clinic on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 10:00 am for all incoming 7th grade students (2025-2026 school year) and all current Juniors & Seniors. This clinic has been made possible with assistance from the Texas Department of State Health Services. The Texas Vaccines for Children program offers free immunizations for children 2 months - 18 years of age who are uninsured/ underinsured, Medicaid eligible, Alaskan native, or American Indian. There is no charge for the vaccination clinic.
If you would like your child to receive the Tdap or Meningococcal vaccinations, you will need to sign both the Vaccine Consent Form and the Texas Immunization Registry (ImmTrac2) Consent Form. Each student must have both consent forms completed prior to the vaccination clinic.
Please sign and return the required consent forms to Nurse Richardson by Monday, April 14, 2025.
