After a lesson with Ms. Cassie Newton on how to manage stress and practice gratitude, 5th grade students created posters for stress management tips that are now on display in the hallways. Some ideas included: taking a deep breath, using a stress ball, hugging a squishmellow, taking a break, and getting plenty of sunshine!
