National STEM/STEAM Day in Mrs. Hoepfner's 2nd Grade
Mrs. Hoepfner's 2nd grade class accepted the "Save Fred" STEM challenge in celebration of National STEM/STEAM day. Students followed the scientific method to collaborate with their partner to design a plan to rescue Fred whose boat had capsized. Critical thinking skills and teamwork allowed students to successfully complete the challenge.
