Rank One Accounts Required for All 9-12 Grade Student-Athletes

🏅 Attention Muenster ISD Student-Athletes & Parents! 🏅

Texas UIL now requires all student-athletes to create a Rank One account and complete the required online forms before participating in athletics.

🆔 Student ID Number Required
You will need your child's Muenster ISD Student ID number to complete the Rank One forms.
This is the 6-digit number your child uses in the cafeteria and library. It can also be found in Ascender Student Portal & Ascender Parent Portal.

Please follow the instructions below based on your student's status:

📍 Returning Muenster ISD Students (Grades 10–12)
Did the student attend Muenster High School last year?
Log in to Rank One and begin the online forms.
Select the PAPF form.
Answer "No" to Question 1 ("Has your child attended another school in the last 12 months?").
No PAPF is required.

📍 Returning Muenster ISD 9th Grade Students (Attended Muenster Junior High)
Did the student attend Muenster Junior High last year?
Log in to Rank One and begin the online forms.
Select the PAPF form.
Answer "Yes" to Questions 1–3.
No PAPF is required.

📍 In-District Students New to Muenster ISD (Grades 9–12)
Did the student recently move into the Muenster ISD School District?
Log in to Rank One and begin the online forms.
Select the PAPF form.
Answer "Yes" to Question 1 ("Has your child attended another school in the last 12 months?").
A PAPF is required.

📍 Transfer Students (Attending Muenster ISD on an Approved Out-of-District Transfer & New to District)
Does the student live outside the district, have an approved transfer, and are they new to Muenster ISD?
Log in to Rank One and begin the online forms.
Select the PAPF form.
Answer:
Questions 1 & 2: "Yes"
Questions 3 & 4: "No"
A PAPF is required.
