Consent Forms Required for All MHS Students Participating in Extracurricular Activities

Student health and safety remain our top priority at Muenster ISD. All Muenster students in grades 7–12 who will be participating in extracurricular activities and/or parking on campus must have a drug and alcohol testing consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Students who plan to park on campus must also complete a parking permit form.

Please return the signed testing consent form before the first day of extracurricular practice and/or parking permit form before the first day of school (if applicable), available at https://www.muensterisd.net/parents-students/drug-and-alcohol-testing, to the MHS office.
