Go to the Forgot password option on Parent Portal. 

You have two options for resetting your password:
1. User name
2. Email address

USER NAME
1. Enter your user name
2. Click NEXT
3. You will be prompted to enter the answer to one of your security questions.
4. Enter your answer and click NEXT
5. Enter your new password twice
6. Click FINISH
7. The MY ACCOUNT page opens

EMAIL ADDRESS
1. Enter your email address
2. Click RESET PASSWORD
3. A message will be displayed indicating that instructions for resetting your password were sent to the email address entered.

Forgotten username-If you have forgotten your username, you can look it up, but you cannot change it.

From the Login page, click the link below the login fields to go to the RECOVER USER NAME page.

RECOVER USERNAME
1. Enter your email address.
2. Click Recover User Name.
3. A message is sent to your email address that contains your User Name.

To obtain a Parent Portal ID letter, please contact your child’s campus office

1. From the Login page, click Create Account

• Create a username and password
• Enter email* and mobile number
  * Please use an email address that you will remember and have access to.
• Set up a security question
