The goal of the school counselor is to help ALL students be successful. The elementary counselor helps students socially and emotionally by meeting with them in their classes for guidance lessons, in small groups and as individuals as needed. Academically, the counselor can provide tools to aid in success like study stratgies or dealing with text anxiety. Counselors can also help develop a students sense of self, help them gain confidence and see their personal strengths. Our goal is to provide what the students need to help them be successful.

Your student can let their teacher know that they would like to speak with the counselor.

The student can stop by the office and fill out a slip outside of the counselors office.

The parent can call or email and request to speak to the counselor or have the counselor speak with their student.
