Welcome to Muenster Elementary, home of the Muenster Hornets

I am thrilled you are visiting our website where you will find information about our wonderful staff, students, and programs we have to offer.  I am honored to serve as Muenster Elementary Principal, where we are blessed with the BEST staff, students, and parents.  

Muenster I.S.D. is dedicated to providing our students with a well-rounded educational experience.  While the Muenster schools continue their tradition of success, all students are given opportunities to build on their individual successes.  These may be in the core curriculum, leadership opportunities, character education, and exposure to the technologies in order to prepare all to be successful beyond the classrooms.  

As a Muenster native and parent of four Muenster Hornets ('25 & '27), I feel very privileged and honored to be part of Muenster I.S.D. and serve this wonderful community as the elementary school principal! I have worked for Muenster I.S.D. since 2003 as a teacher, instructional technologist, and administrator.  As an educator, I am blessed to have the opportunity to inspire those in my path daily.  Inspiration is a wonderful gift! After being inspired by numerous educators through the years, this passion for learning motivates me to share my passion with the staff and students each and every day.  

To our parents, we believe that your involvement is an essential component to the academic success of your child. I encourage you to visit our website often, meet your child’s teacher, and to get engaged in all that Muenster Elementary has to offer.  Your participation in our school is needed and greatly appreciated!  Family is important to me, and I am honored and blessed to serve your family by leading our school to educate your children. I believe all children can learn, and I promise to lead our school in a way that best meets the needs of all children. What is a walking pass?  There are times throughout the year that a teacher takes her students on a short distance walking trip to places like a scavenger hunt around campus, the new baseball parks, fire station, or local museum.  This walking pass gives the teacher parent permission to take their child on a short distance walk near campus.  By filling out the form, the parent gives that permission.  If you have questions about this, please contact your child's teacher.
