MRSA is a drug-resistant form of Staphylococcus aureus infection. I have gathered a few articles that may help you understand the infection, know ways to prevent exposure, and signs and symptoms to watch for and report to your physician should they occur.Please seek medical attention as soon as you suspectthat a wound is not healing as it should,or if the signs and symptoms outlined below occur.A new fact sheet has been added to the CDC Web site to assist with questions about MRSA in school settings.
