Lunch and Breakfast Program for 2022-2023 school year

    This 2021-2022 school year, USDA issued guidance that allowed schools to offer meals to all students at no cost, so while no application or eligibility determination is required for your student to receive free meals for this school year, income eligibility requirements will likely resume in the 2022/2023 school year. Muenster ISD will process household applications during this school year to ensure student eligibility for free or reduced-price meals during the FIRST 30 DAYS of the 2022/2023 school year.  Please, if you DO NOT want to be charged for meals at the beginning of the next school year please, if you haven't already,  complete the Free and Reduced application found on our website (link above) and return it to school. You will be asked to fill out another 2022/2023 application at the beginning of the school year. This will ensure you free or reduced meals for the entire year. If there is no application on file on the first day of the school year 2022/2023, you will be charged for meals.   Please remember by filling out these applications it helps your household out and also helps our school district.     To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: How to File a Complaint, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
