Grab and Go Breakfast Idea
To prevent energy dips during your first class, make sure you have carbohydrate (from bread, cereal, grains and fruit), as well as some protein (from dairy or soy milk, peanut butter, eggs, beans and/or nuts).
Layer yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, and nuts in a cup, grab a spoon and go!
